SYCAT takes affirmative action necessary to engage and empower young people to improve their participation through representation. This will not only help to build a strong society but will also ensure young people do not fall between the cracks in their communities and services providers and employers are well skilled to understand the cultural differences and values amongst young people.
Sinava Consultancy will help cushion the misconceptions and pressures that service providers and organisations are facing in dealing with young people. This Consultancy will serve to complement the work of such organisations. It will also serve as a reference group to engage the wider community to participate in programs and activities, thereby enhancing social cohesion and integration through training, workshops, activities and events.
